Refund, Fee and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, within 30 days from the charge date, we will fully refund the cost of your payment. Please email us or call us and provide us with the reason(s) you were dissatisfied with our service. Please allow up to seven days for your refund to take place.

Fee Policy

It is our policy that customers will not be charged a fee for payment processing at anytime for payments made via Visa or Mastercard.
